Dispatch & Shipping

Because each batch is handmade right here in London, we can't guarantee immediate dispatch.

Most customers can expect their products to be dispatched within 24 hours, but at extremely busy periods this can be longer.

For wholesale orders, dispatch is usually within 5 - 7 working days.

If you need immediate dispatch for any reason (buying for a present, moving house etc) give us a shout at [email protected] and we'll do our very best to help you.

 

Shipping Costs

At 85g, our tubes are too thick to qualify as "letter sized", meaning Royal Mail and all other delivery partners deem it a "small parcel".

We offer free shipping on all orders over £9, and charge a flat rate £2.90 for all parcels under that amount.

 

Delivery Partner

We use MyHermes for all UK shipping as they are committed to mitigating their carbon footprint and are generally reliable (as far as delivery partners go!)

Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email from MyHermes allowing you to track your parcel.

 

Sustainable Shipping

We are committed to making our shipments as eco-friendly as possible.

Everything you receive is recycled or recyclable:

• Our padded envelopes are made from recycled paper
• Our product inserts are made from 100% recycled paper
• We use heat transfer paper label printers to eliminate ink usage
• We even walk each batch of Scrubber parcels to the mailing point in a large granny trolley!
