How to Manage Your Subscription

Step 1

To manage your subscription you need to create an account and set up your password, on this page, using the same email address that you used when you bought your subscription.

NOTE: Purchasing a subscription alone does not create a customer account, this must be done separately.

Step 2

Once you have logged in to your account, click the "Manage Subscription" link.

Order frequency and subscription status are immediately visible to change. For more options, click "View Details".

Swap Scent

Want to swap scent and try something new, or adjust the strength of deodorant that you receive? Navigate to "Products in your subscription" and then "Swap product"

Add Another Tube

Has someone in your household fallen in love with Scrubber too? You can add another tube to your order by navigating to "Products in your Subscription" and changing the quantity.

Skip for a Month

Found you are not using as much as you had anticipated and want to skip a month? Navigate to "Manage upcoming orders". From here you can skip as many months as you need.

Cancel Your Subscription

We'll be sad to see you go!

Navigate to "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page and click the red button twice (the system makes you do this - it isn't us being cheeky!)

We really appreciate when subscribers let us know what it is about the product that made them cancel, so if you have time please do let us know.
